At Urspecialday, we do not tie customers to any fixed package. We will work with our Brides and Grooms to create a custom package that suit your style, interest and budget. Our price are extremely affordable, competitive and some of the best value in the Greater London and South East England.
To help you start making decision of what package would suit your wedding, we propose two options. You can either go with our suggested packages (option 1) or you can build up your own package (option 2) by mix and match between different photo coverage services and different photo outcomes that we are offering. Discounts are available if you book both photography service and bridal make-up service with us.

Option 1: Urspecialday Wedding Packages
Package 1: Print Only Package - Cost £250
What you get:
+ 01 Photographer attending 01 service (01 location, normally church or place of ceremony where photography is allowed) for up to 2 hours.
+ Photo coverage of the ceremony, arrival of the bride, photo of guests, family or couple/group formal if request.
+ All images (i.e. wedding proofs) from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for you and/or your guests to view / purchase.
+ Your choice of 20 photographs from your wedding proof professionally retouched and printed at size 7” x 5” (18cm x 13cm), each supplied with mounting corners. Additional print at £3.50 each (minimum extra order 5 prints). Bigger size or enlargements are available at additional cost.
Package 2: Small Album or Small Photo Book - Cost £350
What you get:
+ 01 Photographer attending 01 service (01 location, normally church or place of ceremony where photography is allowed) for up to 2 hours.
+ Photo coverage of the ceremony, arrival of the bride, photo of guests, family or group formal if request.
+ All images (i.e. wedding proofs) from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for you and/or your guests to view / purchase.
+ Your choice of either:
- 30 photographs from your wedding proof professionally retouched and printed at size 7” x 5” (or 30 prints at size 6” x 4”) together with a small elegant white hand-made wedding album (18cm x 20cm) in luxury box. Additional print at £3.50 each (min. order 5 prints)
- Or 01 small size photo book (approx. 20cm x 30cm), up to 50 professionally retouched images carefully designed into 20 pages book, plus book cover with your choice of image. Additional page (up to 3 images per page) is available at £8 each (min. order 2 additional pages)
Package 3: Traditional album or Large Photo Book - Cost £550
What you get:
+ 01 Photographer attending 02 services (up to 02 locations, church or place of ceremony where photography is allowed and wedding reception) for up to 4 hours.
+ Photo coverage of the wedding ceremony, wedding reception including cutting the cake and first dance, photo of guests, family and/or group formal if request.
+ All images (i.e. wedding proofs) from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for you and/or your guests to view / purchase.
+ Your choice of either:
- 40 photographs from your wedding proof professionally retouched and printed at size 7” x 5” (or 40 prints at size 6” x 4”) together with an elegant white handmade wedding album (28cm x35cm) in luxury box. Additional print at £3.50 each (min. order 5 prints)
- Or 01 large size photo book (approx. 30cm x 40cm), up to 70 professionally retouched images carefully designed into 20 pages book plus book cover with your choice of image. Additional page (up to 4 images per page) is available at £12 each (min. order 2 additional pages).
Package 4: Images on CD Package - Cost £650
What you get:
+ 01 Photographer attending 02 services (up to 02 locations, church or place of ceremony where photography is allowed and wedding reception) for up to 4 hours. Additional service, such as photo coverage for bridal preparation, at £100 extra.
+ Photo coverage of the wedding ceremony, wedding reception including cutting the cake and first dance, photo of guests, family and/or group formal if request.
+ All images (i.e. wedding proofs) from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for you and/or your guests to view / purchase.
+ Your choice of 80 photographs professionally retouched, in high resolution digital format on a CD (or DVD) with full copyright allowing you to make unlimited reprints, design your own album, email to Family and Friends, etc. Additional digital image from only £3.50 each.
Package 5: Full Coverage Elegant White Leather Album - Cost £990
What you get:
+ Up to 02 Photographers attending all services (up to 04 locations, such as bridal home preparation, church or place of ceremony where photography is allowed, wedding reception and outdoor photos at park or garden, etc) for up to 8 hours.
+ Full day Photo coverage of all activities as request.
+ All images (i.e. wedding proofs) from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for you and/or your guests to view / purchase.
+ Your choice of 60 photographs professionally retouched and printed on size 7” x 5” (or 40 prints at size 8” x 6” or 20 prints at size 10” x 8”, mix size available), together with an elegant white leather or handmade wedding album (28cmx35cm) in luxury box.
+ A CD of your chosen images for the album in high resolution digital format to share with Friends and Family.
Package 6: Full Coverage Luxury Italian Wedding Book - Cost from £1299
What you get:
+ Up to 02 Photographers attending all services (up to 04 locations, such as bridal home preparation, church or place of ceremony where photography is allowed, wedding reception and outdoor couple photoshoot at park or garden, etc) for up to 8 hours.
+ Full day Photo coverage of all activities as request.
+ All images (i.e. wedding proofs) from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for you and/or your guests to view / purchase.
+ A luxury Italian Wedding Book, size 25cm x 35cm (other sizes available), 40 pages with up to 80 images, an absolutely stunning photo album with beautiful design, paper texture of your choice, and a lot of different cover styles to choose from plus a luxury carry case.
+ A DVD of all images taken on the day in high resolution digital format ready for printing or sharing with Friends and Family.
Option 2: Build Your Own Package |

If you have your budget in mind or if you just prefer to build your own choice of package, then mix and match will be your preferable option. To build your own package, please choose ONE of the photographer’s service charges plus minimum One of the photography items. Feel free to add as many items as you like. Please note for any chosen package, our photographer will take as many photographs of the day as possible. We don’t put any limit on how many we shoot. All images (i.e. wedding proofs) from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for you and/or your guests to view / purchase.
1. Photographer’s Service Charge
+ Ceremony Photo Coverage (01 Location, church or place of ceremony, up to 2 hour): £180
+ Ceremony and Reception Photo Coverage (02 Locations, up to 4 hours): £300
+ Any extra Locations or Services require: £100 each (such as Bridal house)
+ Engagement Session (outdoor couple photo shoot or in a studio, up to 4 hours): £400 (including make-up)
+ Full day Wedding Service (up to 8 hours): £600
+ Pre-wedding site visit: £30 per location (only after the service is booked)
+ Travel Expense: Free of charge for any location within 15 miles of Croydon. For any location outside this zone, travel expense is chargeable at 40p per mile (round trip).
(*) Outdoor location photography depends on weather condition.
(**)Client's responsibility to make sure photo coverage at Ceremony is allowed.
(***) Client is responsible for all admission tickets, car parking cost or any out of pocket expenses.
2. Photography Items
+ Digital Images: Selection of photographs in digital format on CD (or DVD) with full copyright, high resolution, professionally retouched for your own printing & enlargement, from £4.50 each (minimum order 20 photos), £3.50 each after the 80th photo selection and £2.50 each after the 100th photo selection. For example, if you order 150 digital images, the quote is: £4.50 x 80 + £3.50 x 20 + £2.50 x 50
+ Prints: Prints starting from only £3.50 each in high quality (size 7" x 5"), £5 each (size 8" x 6"), £10 each (size 10" x 8"), etc. Minimum order 20 prints. Different sizes and enlargement are available. Elegant handmade wedding album in luxury box available for only £70 (size 18cm x 20cm) and £120 (size 28cm x 35cm). Luxury White Leather Album at £180 (size 28cm x 35cm).
+ Photobooks: starting from £170 for a small size book (20cm x 30cm), modern design cover, 20 pages up to 50 images (extra page at £8 each, up to 3 images per extra page, min. 2 pages added). From £250 for a large size photobook (30cm x 40cm), 20 pages, up to 70 images (extra pages £12 each, min. 2 pages added). This can also be used as parent books.
+ Luxury Italian Albums: starting from only £400 (20 pages, up to 50 images), size from 20cm x 30 cm (different sizes are available), different choice of luxury cover, highest quality of printing papers (from satin, photographic to metallic or paper with texture, etc), including carry case (for album from size 25cm x 35cm or bigger only). Parent/guest book copies available from £150 for 02 copies (if order together with the primary album). 100% Made in Italy.

After you have chosen your package (except for digital/image only package), you will be eligible to buy our Compliment CD package, which contained all digital files of your chosen images for your prints/photobook/album at a discounted price of only £2.50 per image (more than 100 images at only £1.50 each). Any extra image which is not on your chosen package is sold at £4.50 each.
